Location: Birmingham, Alabama Length: 6 months Title: Sterling BA Rate: $DOE/hr- Interview process: phone interview to hire Systems Analysis/Developer with verifiable technical experience with IBM/Sterling Commerce applications needed for complex project activities. Position Description (attach if necessary): This systems analyst is a technical/developer position for IBM/Sterling applications. Will participate in technical design sessions; develop, configure, implemement technology projects. *Document mapping requirement specifications and create complex mapping. * Strong experiene with IBM/Sterling Commerce applications required. Required Knowledge/Skils (Excellent organization skills, etc.) and IT Skills (ex. Programming skills with Java, Cobol, etc.) In depth knowledge of IBM/Sterling Commerce applications, specifically Sterling Integrator B2B, Sterling File Gateway (SFG) and Sterling Integrator Map Editor. Overall general knowledge of the following products, Sterling Secure Proxy (SSP), Perimeter Server and Sterling Control Center (SCC). Knowledge of communication protocols. Understanding of project management methodology. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally with business units, technology teams, and support teams. Four-year degree and 4-8+ years verifiable experience required. Experience with financial institution is preferred.
