Hello, I have a 2 month contract that JUST OPENED up in West Bend, WI. Rate needs to stay under $50/hour, that’s as high as I can go. Below is the job description. Thanks! o Role o Description *- .NET developer* - Under general direction, devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Participate in design development, coding, testing and debugging new software or significant enhancements to existing software. Work with technical staff to understand problems with software and develops specifications to resolve them. Resolve customer support tickets and enhancement requests within enterprise set Service Level Agreements (SLA). o Any special skills required? § *Strong VB.NET <http://VB.NET> and some C# knowledge required* § *Strong UI / ASP.NET <http://ASP.NET> experience is required* § *Strong SQL knowledge is required* § Knowledge of automated testing (unit tests) § Knowledge of WCF § Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture § Knowledge of application designs (creating/interpreting) § Some DB2 is desired § Understands and can adapt quickly to development methodologies (waterfall, agile, iterative) § Insurance knowledge preferred, but not mandatory o What Project or area the needs is for : support/maintenance work o Duration of Effort – now until year end w/ possibility of extension.
