Define requirements for new applications and customization adhering to MasterCard standards, processes and best practices. Develop, customize, and test applications. Major Accountabilities: - Plan, design and develop technical solutions and alternatives to meet business requirements in adherence with MasterCard standards, processes and best practices. - Lead day to day system development and maintenance activities of the team. *Education:* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience *Knowledge/Experience:* -Pega PRPC certified professional preferred - 3+ years experience - WebSphere Preferred - RAD Preferred - Experience working with Oracle - XML, HTTP, SOAP - Broad understanding of Software Engineering Concepts and Methodologies is required. -Agile experience preferred Additional Skills - WebSphere Preferred RAD Preferred XML HTTP SOAP , Ideally they'd like candidates with 5+ yrs Pega experience, but they can accept candidates with a minimum of 3 years Pega experience.
