Job Title: SQL Developer
Location: Columbus, OH
Duration: 3-6 month Contract-to-hire

Job Description:
Required Skills:
Minimum 6 years of strong experience working with SQL Server (2005, 2008)
including experience with stored procedures, views, functions, performance
tuning, complex joins, and security.
Minimum 6 years of experience developing web based solutions using
technologies such as ASP.NET MVC, VB.NET, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, JQuery,
AJAX, and XML.
Ability to work with .NET framework 1.1, 2.0, 3.5, and 4.0., Visual Studio
2003, 2005, 2008, 2010.
Expertise in cross-browser implementation and testing.
Experience with version control and tracking.
Ability to deploy applications and configure Windows Server (2003,2008) and
IIS 6.5/7 as necessary.
Experience designing and building N-Tier applications.
Experience developing WCF / Web Services.
Desired Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Above average problem solving skills related to analyzing data (potentially
having to reverse engineer processes)
Experience with WinForm and Microsoft Dynamics CRM are a plus
Prefer to have Oracle DB design experience as an extended skillset.
Strong analytical and data reporting skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills; ability to think
outside of the box.
A passion for overcoming complex technical challenges

Roles and Responsibilities:
Individual will be responsible for supporting the functional and technical
design, development, testing, implementation, and troubleshooting of
complex VB.NET, multi-tier, web based solutions that meet our customer
business requirements.
Work with IT Project Managers and Business Analysts to design and develop
solutions to address business needs and opportunities, and propose changes
that would improve the overall solution.
Prepare system documentation as required.
Stays up to date with IT technology issues, trends and developments and
communicates back to management and departments both issues and
opportunities.
