Title:                   Project Manager (Call center infrastructure
experience)

Duration:            7 months

Location:            Raleigh NC



Position
Description:


•       Coordinate functional groups’ responsibilities and deliverables
with respect to process and system initiatives.


•       Define and gain approval for business requirements, process
modeling deliverables, project plans and charters.


•       Determine project cost and project timing based on scope and
complexity of the project.


•       Track, develop and create release calendar for project
implementation.


•       Track each project schedule and create a project plan with input
from the cross-functional team.


•       Schedule, attend and record meetings
notes.


•       Update website with all information related to the project
status.


•       Develop and create corporate communications plans to affected
customers and stakeholders.


•       Manage projects in compliance with the NetApp Project Development
Lifecycle and associated deliverables to ensure the integrity and quality
of project artifacts.

•       Work with developers to translate requirements into technical
specifications.

aggressive goals and pre-defined pre-defined measurement criteria.


·         Ability to conduct user workshops, define requirements, estimate,
assess and plan projects, write use and business cases, and design workflow
processes.

·         Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, It
Service operations, business process realignment and the financial and
political elements of an IT organization.

·         Experience in business process re-engineering
methods.


·         Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and utilizing
project management applications.

Strong user of Microsoft Project and Visio.
