I am in need of a Senior Business Analyst for an opening with a client of ours in the Minneapolis, MN market (job description below). This person will need to sit on-site in the client’s Eden Prairie, MN location. Max bill rate is $48/hour. *SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST* Location: Eden Prairie, MN Length: 6 month rolling contract *Required Skills* · 10+ years of US Healthcare BA experience working in large, complex, matrix organization · 5+ years of claims data analysis · 3+ years of lab claim data analysis · 3+ years of CMS claims data analysis · Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and complete artifacts, including solution design support and data mapping · Validate requirements with stakeholders and the project team; provide suggestions and recommendations. · Lead internal review sessions with C Level. Discuss issues and questions related to claims data analysis, issue documentation; work with business stakeholders to review and resolve these issues · Perform data analysis, using in-depth knowledge of relational databases and healthcare data. · Provide explanations and information related to data analysis findings to both project team and business stakeholders. · Support all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Experienced with Agile methodology is MUST · Collaborate with project stakeholders and technical teams regarding enhancements, changes, issues and defects that may impact development, data, workflow and/or functionality. · Communicate with many levels of the organization, business stakeholders/SME, project managers, system architects, quality assurance, etc. · Experienced with large data warehouse projects · Able to meet & deliver quality work on tight schedule · MS Office, MS Project, Rally, Visio · Excellent communication skills – oral & written · Verifiable 5+ year of experience on data warehouse projects · Bachelor degree required in related field · Verifiable 5+ year of Agile experience · Advanced level proficiency with MS Office, Visio · Proficient in SQL Preferred Qualifications · MBA Please send the updated resume of the consultant along with the rate, location and contact information.
