Business Analyst Contract Healthcare experience, preferably at payers SQL skills (proficient, not expert) *Familiarity with EDI x12 transactions – 834 (Enrollment) and 837 (Claims)* They must have SQL, being a technical BA so to speak. They will managing implementations from beginning to end. Requirement gathering, specs, talking to our customer to understand their system and how it can merge with ours, testing once developed; they need to understand the SDLC (Software development life cycle); communication is key as well. Although it is important to know healthcare we will look at a few candidates that are strong BSAs who have not worked in the healthcare industry.
