Help Desk Support (Level 1 Support) in New York, NY
This is for a Junior to Midlevel position. Must have 3-7 yrs total IT
experience.
They need a Bachelor’s Degree.
Rotating Shifts Help Desk Support (Level 1 Support)
Our client, a financial services firm in New York, NY is looking for a
Rotating Shifts Help Desk Support (Level 1) Consultant.

Required Skills:
Must have 3-5 yrs experience in Help Desk support, mainly phone support.
Experienced in Microsoft Operating Systems, specifically Windows NT, 2000,
XP & 7 and Active Directory.
Knowledge of networking and the basics of LAN administration.
An understanding of local and wide area networking protocols.
Knowledge of, and ability to use, a corporate HelpDesk ticketing system.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot system problems including networking
issues.
Ability to work on weekly rotating shifts during week days, nights and
week-ends.
Good communication, interpersonal and customer servicing skills.
Bachelor's Degree in any field preferably Information Technology is
required.
