*Job Description - *(Provide: Selling Points, Required Skills, Desired

Client will implement PeopleSoft HCM 9.2.  This request is for 3 onsite HCM
Functional Analysts.  Working knowledge of client essential requirements
from core PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 including the following are required:
1.     Analyst 1 - Personnel Administration, Mass Updates, Workflow
2.     Analyst 2 - Position Management, Competency Management, Succession
Planning
3.     Analysts 3 - Payroll Interface

Candidate needs to be experienced in the core Human Resources modules,
including Manager and Employee Self-Service, having been involved in
multiple full life-cycle implementations.  Experience in past engagements
required: *Public Sector implementations with unionized employees*;
hands-on, well-rounded in Human Resources in order to conduct and document
Fit Gap sessions and develop and speak to system requirements. Ability to
build relationships with consultants and client staff. Responsibility for
knowledge transfer. Must get self quickly up to speed on HCM 9.2.

Candidate will work on client engagement working on identifying and
gathering client business needs, working with the delivery team on
providing well-thought out and customer advantage solutions, creating and
building functional documentation, such as, functional designs, assist the
technical group in creating the technical design documents, client meeting
agenda/notes, tracking work product tasks and outcomes.

•   Candidate will develop and participate in leading Fit/Gap sessions on
HCM 9.2 components as assigned; will work with the client to find solutions
in delivered product to address the gaps
•   Candidate will work with client and Tier1 team on the design and
configuration of the HCM components as assigned.
•   Candidate will work with the client and Tier1 implementation team on
functional testing, unit testing, system testing and end user acceptance
testing.
•   Candidate will be responsible for ensuring all work products follow
industry standards for client acceptance.
•   Candidate will possess a good command over written English.
•   Candidate will possess effective time management skills, and ability to
handle multiple tasks/assignments.
•   Quick study of the subject area with a high knowledge retention
capability as and when required
•   Candidate will adhere to corporate/client timelines and guidelines
including time reporting and expense reporting and ensuring that staff
adhere to the same timelines/guidelines.
•   Candidate will provide knowledge transfer as required.
