Prior experience with consumer or banking web sites and testing requirements for consumer and/or business websites. Knowledge of security and customer validation processes in banking for testing. Experience with ALM/HPQC Some automation tool experience expected. Role includes producing test plans, executing and evaluating test cases, and developing automated regression test suites. Must have experience with Scrum development lifecycle. 1 year min. Functional Experience 4+ years in QA Finance Industry: 2+ years Financial Services industry experience Consumer or Business banking experience a plus. Reviewing of business requirement, design documentation for completeness and testability Test Case Management Creating, executing, and managing test cases with or without business requirements/design docs Defect Management: Entering and managing defects to completion Risk Management: Demonstrated ability to shape risk based testing approaches/plans Ability to write and analyze test reports across a broad audience Ability to present recommendations to a senior audience Position is in Wilmington DE offices working with a distributed US-based development team.
