Candidate must be self-driven, have good communication skills and be a team person. *Skills & Qualification :* Deep knowledge and development experience using .NET Framework, including Visual Studio, C#, ASP.NET, CSS, HTML, Telerik and Javascript. Strong experience designing and working with n-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer, Data Access Layer). Strong knowledge of software implementation best practices. Ability to design and optimize SQL Server 2012 stored procedures and functions. Understanding of managing applications using IIS web services and experience with Windows Services. Strong documentation and communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to comprehend and complete tasks using requirements and design documentation. Ability to handle multiple assignments at the same time and prioritize tasks. Creative thinking for providing innovative solutions. Strong interpersonal skills a must, as this person will frequently be communicating with our business partners. Good communication skills and the ability to work with in team environment and independently as needed.
