This is the essence of the culture and of Burgess Group. * Responsibilities: *• Build and maintain OLAP solutions in Visual Studio 2012 • Mentor developers on use of OLAP resources • Assist with gathering user requirements, analyzing business process flow, and collaborating with business team • Actively cultivate and maintain collaborative relationships with key technical and business stakeholders to collect and disseminate knowledge * Prerequisites: *• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent. • Experience with OLTP and OLAP database design and MDX. • Experience with data modeling tools. • Experience with Statistical Analysis and Data Mining. • Experience with different modeling techniques, including data modeling, UML and business process modeling. • Experience in data architecture and modeling using industry best practices • Experience in Performance tuning of Database quaries • Experience with SQL Server, SSIS and SSAS • 2-3 years’ experience with using BI tools • Experience with data quality • SSRS experience a plus • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Good Organization Skills * Competencies of an Ideal Candidate: *• Ability to quickly learn new concepts as necessary • Excellent problem solver. • Familiarity with the claims reimbursement and data informatics in the healthcare industry. • Able to effectively communicate technical matters to executive management and non-technical stakeholders. • Will thrive in an environment where working with all the product stakeholders is the norm.
