- Support normalization & reconciliation processes for CMDB

- Must be well-versed on Atrium CMDB 7.6.04

- Gather data requirements from users, and work with application support
team to develop solutions

- Troubleshoot permissions issues with CMDB

- Interface with the ADDM support team to resolve synching issues

- Interface with the SCCM support team to resolve synching issues

- Interface with app support teams to validate application models coming
from ADDM

- Troubleshoot data integrity issues in the CMDB (duplicate CIs, data
mismatches, etc.)

*Job Responsibilities:                       *

Day to day duties will include developing detailed requirements and design
documentation, developing and testing changes to IWMS system, and
interfacing with project manager, technical, or business resources. Must
have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent
analytical skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Will be required to
multi-task and work with multiple teams to resolve problems. Must have
knowledge of TRIRIGA's Platform and applications, preferably with TRIRIGA
Application Platform Certification. Must also have skills in Microsoft
Excel and Access and experience with SQL 2008. Object oriented programming
is a plus.



*Security Services Testing Resource #2 (27688)*

• Coordinate Vulnerability Testing to schedule vulnerability tests and
manage logistics with the support organizations and the internal
vulnerability/pen testing team and external vendors that perform testing
for hosted applications

• Primary contact for stewarding and reporting for remediation work done by
Infrastructure and Applications as a result of the annual testing effort,
as well as any “ad hoc” non-project vulnerability testing that is
performed.

• Primary contact for HP Quality Center tool used for tracking remediation
work – drive improvements in process and data capturing to ensure high
quality data for reporting to senior management.

Key Skills: Strong verbal and written communications, attention to detail,
Interpersonal and networking skills, Coordination, Analytical, Expert in
Excel and PowerPoint, as well as integration with database like SQL in the
future, prior knowledge/experience in working with
penetration/vulnerability testers.



*Security Services Testing Resource #1 (27701)*

*Job Responsibilities:                       *

- Perform penetration/vulnerability testing for web and thick-client apps
in an enterprise environment

- Articulate and/or train others on the “OWASP Top 10” and related concepts

- Perform manual web application vulnerability assessments without the use
of automated tools such as web application scanners

- Analyze network traffic at all seven layers of the OSI model, including
ability to discern whether said network traffic contains vulnerabilities
and/or sensitive data .

- Create extremely high quality written reports containing the findings
from web and thick-client vulnerability assessments, as well as the ability
to articulate those findings to peer technical staff as well as various
levels of management

- Preference is for candidates with two or more of the following
certifications: GSEC, GWAPT, CISSP, GPEN, GXPEN, CISA, CISM, OSCP, OSCE.
