Location: NYC Rate - $70 to $75 on C2C. Skype Interview Description: Looking for Java Technical Lead with Insurance Experience. The technical lead should be able to lead a technical team of 5 to 10 people. The person should have at least 10 years of Java development. Have extensive experience in building J2EE Java web applications for an Insurance vertical. Should have extensive skills in database and application design. Have been a developer for at least 3 years. Good verbal and written communication skills is also required. Knowledge of IBM Websphere and IBM portal is a plus.
