Please send resume in word format along with pay rate details. *Job Title: **SAP BW Professional* *Location: Swiftwater,PA* *Duration: 6 Months Extendable ContractClient: Sanofi-Aventis* *PROJECT DESCRIPTION* *The project involves the implementation of a Manufacturing Process Data Warehouse (PDW) solution for the North American region. The PDW will interface to the ERP system (SAP ECC 6.0), LabWare LIMS, and Shop Floor Data (SFD) Collection solutions. The PDW is a custom in-house built solution and not using SAP DW/BI.* *SCOPE & APPROACH* *The scope is limited to providing consulting support and services for the implementation of the PDW – ERP and PDW-LIMS interfaces as it relates to production planning and supply chain business areas within SAP ECC 6.0 (PP-PI and MM). The SAP Functional Analyst will assist the expert business users and internal IS Sanofi Pasteur personnel during the requirements gathering, design, development, testing, validation and limited post go-live support of the system.* *RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERABLES:* *Work closely with the Sanofi Pasteur cross functional business users and SAP business support personnel to identify the requirements and provide a functional design* *Develop or contribute to the development of any necessary specifications documentation (user requirements specifications, functional specifications, design specifications, configuration specifications, etc.).* *Contribute to the overall and detailed design of the PDW – SAP, SFD - SAP and PDW – LabWare LIMS interfaces, including design for system maintenance and monitoring.* *Work closely with the SAP solution center developers to ensure the developed solution meets design* *Generate test data and scenarios for the ABAP developers during development and for the project team during testing and validation. Work closely with the business users to make sure that all the supply chain and manufacturing master data as it relates to the project is setup accurately in the development and validation SAP instances to reflect what is configured in the production SAP instance.* *Develop or contribute to the development of any necessary validation and testing documentation (system related IS procedures, unit test scripts, integration test scripts, user acceptance test scripts, installation qualification test scripts, operational qualification test scripts, etc.)* *Execute the generated test scripts, record the deviations and drive their resolution and closures.* *Modify any SAP blueprint documents along with BPPs (Business Process Procedures)* *Contribute to the creation or update of the business and IS related standard operating procedures (SOPs), standard work instructions (SWIs), training materials, etc. as needed for implementation of the new functionality* *Develop overall plan for assessment, review, development, testing, training and implementation of enhancements (these will be done in stages).* *Knowledge transfer with the Sanofi Pasteur resource(s)* *Coordinate any configuration changes (if required) with the Sanofi Pasteur resources.* *Skills: * *GENERAL EXPECTATIONS* *Documentation will be consistent with the Sanofi Pasteur IS standards as provided.* *Service Provider will meet with the Project Manager weekly to review deliverables of the previous week, confirm expectations for the current week and address any concerns. Service Provider will provide a status report for the preview.* *Deliverables as per agreed upon work plan will be tracked.* *The Service Provider shall ensure that each change is approved and shall execute all tasks based on the project plan* *The Service Provider shall ensure that the solution being provided follows standard pharmaceutical industry practices* *The Service Provider must report incidences and occurrences which impact or have the potential to impact user access to IT services, or which pose threats to health/safety or security in accordance with regulations, directives, policies and procedures* *The Service Provider will be on site when working on the project at the Sanofi Pasteur Swiftwater, PA campus.* *The Service provider will work 40 hours/week. Overtime must be pre-approved.* *REQUIREMENTS* *The candidate must possess the following skills and experience:* *Bachelors degree: Computer Science (preferred) or other Business / Sciences* *Minimum 10 years of experience in Analyst role developing enterprise software systems* *Experience with validation of IS computer systems in an FDA regulated environment; Experience with 21 CFR Part 11 Compliance* *Experience with data warehousing systems (manufacturing / production data) implementation projects * *Strong analytical and problem solving skills* *Demonstrated technical writing and oral communications skills* *Understanding of software development lifecycle and master data management principles* *Experience with IS systems interfaces and experience working with global projects is desired* *Experience with writing and understanding SQL queries* *Understanding of document management principles* *Education: * *This person will work directly with cross-functional teams and must have strong interpersonal skills* *Bachelors degree: Computer Science (preferred) or other Business / Sciences* *Project Planning* *The candidate must have previous experience working within medium to large project teams as a resource, with the ability to create WBS and estimate the effort required on the assigned tasks, report the hours worked and progress on the tasks etc.* *SAP ECC 6.0* *The candidate must have a solid understanding of the SAP supply chain area and the integration with other areas of SAP ECC 6.0. Practical experience in PP-PI and MM modules as they relate of manufacturing order processing, is required. Integration of SAP ECC 6.0 with other systems, especially prior experience developing PDW interfaces, is highly desired.
