The resource needs to have past hands on experience with the IBM WESB product. Specifically, the resource must have experience working with the WESB email adapter, Java components in custom mediation, JMS or other similar messaging frameworks. In general the resource should have a background working in SOA, ESB, SOAP, XML, XSL, BPEL, and Relational Databases.
