Hi, we currently have a Project Manager position in Minneapolis the pay rate is $50 an hour. Any help on this would be appreciated. Nihaki is looking for a Sr. Project manager to help one of our Healthcare Clients for a year long project in the Minneapolis, MN area. Applicants should have the following skill sets: Strong Data/BI background Healthcare Experience Experience managing large budgets (over $2million) 5+ years Agile Experience Scrum/PMP Certifications Experience in Enterprise level/cross matrixed environments Lead Experience Sr. Project Manager - As part of an exciting Program and Project Management team, you will be accountable for driving highly visible technology projects to enable world-class technical solutions for client. In this role, you will be responsible for leading matrix-managed teams through the initiation to implementation of projects related to client Data Management. Core Responsibilities: · Providing project leadership of large, high-value application development, data integration, and analytics projects to achieve key business objectives. · Directing cross-functional and/or cross-segment teams. · Understanding business needs and leading people through the process of project/program definition and scoping. · Understanding overall project/program objectives, as well as the role and function of each program stakeholder, including: clients, delivery teams, financial team, and senior management. · Ensuring that project objectives/requirements are clear and agreed to by all stakeholders. · Developing project plans and leading resources to meet planned deliverables. · Ensuring program / project governance processes are properly established and followed. · Managing the financial impact/budget for programs/projects. · Translating highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences. · Ensuring that risks are identified, communicated, and mitigated and that projects are delivered successfully · Leading multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating across multiple project teams on a daily basis. · Guiding teams to complete projects on-time, on-budget, and on-scope. · Providing clear and concise management and executive-level communications on status, issues, and risks. · Participating in the creation and improvement of project management processes. · Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Information System or relevant field. Candidates will possess: · 10 + years of Project / Program Management experience using variety of SLDC methodologies · Strong background and experience with application development, data warehousing, business intelligence, and analytics projects. · Verifiable 5 + years of experience as a successfully leading Projects while using Agile methodology · SCRUM & PMP certification preferred. · Experience with health care industry and data a strong plus. · Well versed in standard project management methodologies, including but not limited to: Agile SCRUM, Waterfall, Iterative Development. · Proven experience in Agile SCRUM a strong plus. · Excellent oral and written communication skills. · Proven listening, facilitation, and negotiation skills with onshore and offshore resources. · Experience interacting with executive stakeholders. · Strong personal presence and the ability to provide leadership to senior executives within her/his area of expertise. · Demonstrates success managing large, complex IT projects autonomously while connecting the interrelationship of projects across the business landscape. · Experience leading program / project budgets of $2M +. · Demonstrated understanding of the business and financial aspects of project management. · Demonstrated success communicating across a variety of audiences, including business people and technologists (both up and down the organization). · Strong vendor management experience i.e. RFI, RFF, invoicing, and manage vendor deliverables. · Ability to handle C-level interfacing and presentations. · MBA or advanced degree in relevant field preferred.
