Skills: - Agile - Good Communication - Crystal reports Exp - BO - SQL, must be very good with SQL, Since SQL is imbedded in Crystal reports We have a need for a good Crystal Reports Developer for 6-8 months to help on our Max Actuate conversion to Business Objects. The preference is to have them on-site here in MPLS, since this is an Agile project. They will need to work closely with my team and the Max team. Agile project experience would be preferable or at least let them know they will be working on a fast paced Agile project. The project is starting in February, so I would need someone for sure by March 1st. They must also have enough experience and communications skills to be a mentor to less experienced programmers.
