Duration: Only 3 months *Share your local consultants, cause face to face required * Looking for experienced Salesforce Admin w minimum 4 years' experience to join high-energy HR team in the phased roll-out of the Salesforce Service Cloud to our global employee population. Familiarity with Salesforce Person Accounts in Enterprise Edition or higher is critical, since we use Salesforce Service Cloud for our HR Service Center function, not CRM. The qualified candidate must thrive in a complex business environment, efficiently evaluate and solve one-off issues, and effectively translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications that meet the needs of a diverse workforce operating in over 72 countries and served by 4 Employee Service Centers. The qualified candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to teach/mentor new Admins, have strong troubleshooting skills, and be proficient in the following areas: · Use and configuration of Customer Portal · Creating fields and page layouts · Creating and maintaining User roles and profiles. · Development of workflow rules. · Moving changes from lower sandboxes to Production environment · Development and support of customized reports and dashboards · Authoring and coordinating comprehensive and integrated test plans · Maintaining documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help-related materials. · Thorough understanding of sharing rules and permissions. · Outbound Messaging · Release management strategy · Use of Chatter *Pluses:* · Salesforce.com Salesforce Admin Certification · Advanced Admin Certification and Developer Certifications · Understanding of SAP, specifically SAP HCM and SAP e-Recruiting · Design and build of complex sharing rules · Design and build of Salesforce Knowledge Management · Experience building Visualforce pages · Use of app exchange and evaluation of app exchange offerings. · Exposure to Company Communities · Apex programming, including creation of custom buttons · Debugging Apex code. · Understanding of single sign-on in a SAML 2.0 environment *Let me know if needed any help from my end.
