(what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis) Document business requirements Develop test cases Perform user acceptance testing and production acceptance testing Develop new adhoc reports Modify and run existing reports software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities? SQL, SQL Server, TOAD, Ultra Edit, familiarity with SDLC and Agile process skills/attributes are a must have? 3+ years required advanced business analytical skills - problem solving, documentation, research and summarization Demonstrated ability to lead meetings with internal business to assess, define and document business needs, issues and ideas. 3+ years experience writing business requirements. Familiarity with the SDLC process. 3+ years experience testing on-line applications.
