Client also prefers contract to hire but will consider contract With the recent acquisition of ExactTarget by Salesforce.com there is a big push to enhance their CRM platform, adding new functionalities and capabilities. Given this push, ExactTarget is looking to onboard 4 to 8 new Salesforce/CRM Developers for their team. ET highly prefers these positions to be contract to hire, however, given the urgency they are open to 3-6 month + contract's as well.
