Job Title: Business Systems Analyst Duration: 12 months Contract Location: Minneapolis, MN *Need Local and F2F Interview Required!!* Key Tasks: * Primarily responsible for conducting business and systems analysis sessions to gather data requirements with business & technical partners. * Responsible for deriving and maintaining an enterprise business model, expressed in UML and depicted as a canonical model. * Documents systems use cases and connect these to the model. * Leverages architecture tools (e.g.: Visio, Rational, etc.) to maintain and evolve the model and use cases. Qualifications: * Solid background on Object Oriented data design patterns. * Expert on UML. * Must be familiar with middleware and web technologies. * Solid requirements gathering and use case analysis. * Experience in working under an Agile software development approach. Technical Skills: * Object Oriented Analysis and design (OOAD) methodologies. * Architecture modeling tools (e.g.: Visio, Rational, etc.) * SOA architecture design patterns. * XML standards/protocols i.e. DTD, XSD, XSLT etc. Preferred Master in Computer Sciences.
