SAP SD & MM Functional Consultant Napa, CA 12-18 months Brief Role Description Provide OTC support in all phased of project life cycle - Design, Build, Test, Training, Roll-out, and Post Production Support. Resolve defects in the SAP production environment and work on system enhancement requests.
Desired Experience Range A minimum of 6 years of SAP OTC SD & MM configuration / support experience . At least 2 full life cycle implementations and production support experience Technical - Required Skills Working knowledge of SAP OTC systems with Order Entry, Case Management, Advanced Pricing, including touch points with other E1 modules and external systems. Coordinate with OTC , other business and IT partners, data architect and development teams, as necessary, to assess the technical feasibility of requirements, develop solutions, support systems testing. Identify, analyze, develop, and document requirements and other ad hoc requests in accordance with Company standards, processes, and methodologies. Trouble-shooting of functionality and defects, reports, new user setup, data inquiries, and other ad-hoc requests Functional - Required Skills "must have really good client management skills, strong functional SAP SD/MM resource, be the onsite/offshore coordinator/liaison between the client and Deloitte offshore team, must have really good people skills. Must demonstrate strong problem solving, analytical skills and project management skills in addition to completing assigned tasks and projects proactively in a timely and accurate manner with little supervision. Works with the OTC users and the technical development team to translate requirements into technical specifications. Must demonstrate the ability to communicate in a concise, efficient, effective and personable manner in addition to developing strong relationships with our business partners.
