We have an urgent req from our client based in San Jose, CA. plz send me suitable profile with contact details ASAP Role VMWare Engineer-Technical Support III(NA) Mandatory Technical Skills VMWare 4.0 / Networking ( Nexus ) / Storage architectures / Linux/ Server Troubleshooting Desirable Technical Skills 1) Enterprise VMWare 4.0 and above (ESX/ESXi) 2) Network troubleshooting (Nexus experience preferred) 3) Storage architectures (SAN), and/or file systems (NetApp, EMC, iSCSI, NAS, NFS, Fiber Channel, MDS) 4) Enterprise level Linux or Windows OS 5) Server Troubleshooting (i.e. RAID, Installation, Hardware) Desirable Functional Skills Prior customer support experience is preferred. Proven crisis management skills and ability to handle critical customer issues/problems. Able to determine problems and deliver known solutions with a high level of customer satisfaction. Good verbal and written communication skills are a MUST. Typically requires BS in CS or EE or equivalent plus 3-6 years Data Center related experience with Servers (Blade servers, x86)and OS Support (Windows, Linux)and VMware ESXi.
