Develop software programs of a complex nature, including operating systems, applications and/or network products which may be for external use 2. Design and perform analysis on moderately complex programs and systems. Contribute to the development of processes and methodology. 3. Assist in the development of assignments and schedules. 4. Develop project plans, functional specifications and schedules for these products. 5. Strong programming experience.Coding experience in C# 7. Unit testing the code 8. Follow the MS processes for dev and use the tools like Product Studio, SD etc. 9. Ensuring the assigned project deliverable meet defined quality and timelines 10. Communicating the risks/issues on timely manner to Microsoft program manager during development cycle 11. Identifying blocking issues and ensuring they are dealt with timely and effectively 12.
