The Senior Reporting Analyst will provide hands on BI and Reporting development assistance and build out reporting and analytic capabilities. Job Duties: Design end-to-end business intelligence solutions to measure performance of IT production mainframe and distributed batch cycles Provide transparent and timely reporting with predictive modeling Developing Key Performance Metric and deliver dashboard solutions Delivering information processing modules using database technology and SQL Define categories for performance measurements and metrics (KPIs) across a variety of dimesions: groups, performance against SLA's, trends, risks, improvement metrics etc. Assess business requirements, collect and Identify technical specifications, and the subsequent development and delivery of an Enterprise Reporting technology solutions Establish centralized Performance Reporting Metrics cabailities (Dashboards with KPIs, Performance Metrics vs. SLAs, Heat Maps etc.) Collaborates and communicates with stakeholders and project leaders to coordinate cross-project initiatives and activities Required Skills/Background: Deep experience working with a BI tool e.g. Business Objects, QlikView, SSRS/SSAS.
