*Experience Required :- *
*Basic Qualifications* (minimum requirements to qualify for this job -
must haves) - Minimum 9 years of experience as Java/J2EE Developer
- Minimum 2 years of detailed design experience
- Minimum 2years of webservices experience
- Worked on Chordiant 5.6 and above, Struts, Spring framework
*Overall Job Purpose*- Track record of successful Delivery of large
and complex Java/J2EE projects in the capacity of Sr.Developer or Designer
- Hands-on Java/J2EE, Webservices and Chordiant development skills and
ability to work in Individual capacity
- Good knowledge of design patterns
- Knowhow of latest open source frameworks and tools in the Java/J2EE
space
- Hands-on experience on standard application delivery tools and
processes
- Excellent communication skills to business and technical stakeholders
- Ability to provide clarity to developers
- Ability to understand business needs, systems limitations, provide
solution to design bottlenecks
- Ability on problem solving, especially on system response
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and
interpret requirements into low level specifications
- Proven experience of writing and reviewing technical high level and
detailed design specifications
- Experience of developing agent desktop solutions
- May require to perform line management for 2-3 developers
*Key Job Accountabilities* - Low level design on small and large
projects
- Hands on development on Java/J2EE, Webservices and Chordiant
- Groom junior developers and
- Responsible for quality assurance of the deliverables from junior
developers
- Responsible for introducing and implementing tools and processes to
improve development productivity and quality
- Configuration and Build management
- Work with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Test team and PM to
deliver changes
