Position : SQL /Oracle DBA Duration : Long Term Location : Indianapolis,IN *GC and Citizens only* *Requirements :* - Must have more than one DBMS experience - The client has Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL and PostgreSQL databases and we would like the candidates to have exposure/experience in at least two DBMS. - Minimum 3 years of experience as a DBA responsible for maintaining complex database systems. - Experience in database and query performance tuning, advanced SQL and procedural language concepts, configuration and - change management, security design and capacity planning. - Familiarity in working with research systems and scientists to understand their needs and questions. - Demonstrated enthusiasm for solving complex problems. - Experience in Chemical, Biotech or Agriculture IT fields a plus. - Experience with ETL, database replication, and RAD tools (Oracle APEX, SQL Reporting Services, etc.) a plus.
