Title: Project Manager - Sales force --- Client: State of MI posted on 2014-03-06 09:19:12 Job Description:*Project Manager - Sales force* *Lansing, MI* *2+ Months * * Over four (4) years of Project Management experience in Salesforce.com required. * Must have previous public sector experience, preferably with State of Michigan, to apply. * *Must be a Michigan resident to apply.* * Minimum of four (4) years of Project Management experience managing medium to large-scale technology projects. * Must have experience managing Service Cloud projects. * Must have experience managing call center projects with CTI integration. * Must have experience leading Performance Testing and Integration Testing on the Salesforce.com platform in complex environments * Experienced in defining project plans, schedules, estimates, and resource plans is required. * Extraordinary communications and presentation skills, both written and verbal. * Proficiency using the MS Office Suite, Project Management software and other reporting tools. * Experience with management reporting and/or metrics is a plus. * Experience in the application of industry best practice processes and tools regarding the effective management of projects, including, but not limited to, scope, schedule, cost, risk, resource, and issue management. * Experience in all the phases of SDLC (requirements, analysis and design, development/build, testing, and deployment). * Experience in delivering projects under various methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Iterative/Incremental) is preferred. * A general understanding of application programming, database and system design. * Working experience with software change/configuration management with industry-wide tools such as GitHub and Subversion is a plus. * Experience working with medium scale enterprise applications involving interaction with heterogeneous applications. * Experience working with cross-functional teams. * Able to review project deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance with established project standards. * Ability to work well with technical and non-technical co-workers and stakeholders.
