Must have experience with Informatica PowerExchange CDC for DB2 z/OS (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL highly desired) and the ability to architect techniques for acquiring changed data in source systems. Strong Unix scripting, complex SQL, ETL performance tuning, solid knowledge of Informatica PowerExchange for Web Services (Oracle GoldenGate a plus). Able to author, enable, promote best practices for ETL integration design, documentation, transformation algorithms, and fail-safe error handling. Exhibit a continuous improvement approach in all activities, and not take a biased stance without empirical evidence of correctness. Must have attention to detail, anticipate situations, ability to explain complex problems in simple terms, excellent verbal and written communications, research/support new technologies.
