Description:
The IT Project Manager plans, organizes, executes, evaluates and leads
systems projects from concept through closure.
Requirements:
Demonstrated ability to...
Develop project schedules (plans), (including deliverables based work
breakdown structures) for projects ranging in size from 250 up to 3,000
hours.
Work with project teams ranging from several team members to a 15 person
team
Write clear, concise status reports based on qualitative information gained
from the team and quantitative data pulled from the project schedule (plan)
"interview" team members to learn what their tasks are for the project,
along with estimates and calendar durations
build team unity - motivate team members to work as a team to design,
develop, and deliver a solution that meets the project's requirements
partner with and communicate to audiences ranging from team members,
external vendors, senior management, and executives
Bachelors degree
At least three years of project management experience

Also
Experience leading IT projects of >3,000 hours and project teams of > 10
team members.
Experience with custom development, package implementations, and software
enhancements in a large, complex corporate environment.
