*Please send resume to s...@cncconsulting.com <s...@cncconsulting.com> * Job Title: Oracle/Siebel CRM Analyst Location: Salem, OR Duration: 6 Months Direct Client Position § Developing both a near/mid-term effort to improve system stability and a long-term strategy to optimize the Oracle Siebel CRM/MDM system configuration as part of a larger enterprise suite. § Provide technical consultation and guidance for the configuration, design, and implementation of complex enterprise solutions with regard to the Siebel CRM product. § Participating in an assessment of the current configuration of the environment for both agencies. § Assessing solutions/services. § Establishing a definition of support requirements. The desired resource will have 3-5 years of experience supporting operations and maintenance of Oracle Seibel CRM/MDM solutions. Qualified candidates will have experience in configuration and implementation, oversight and problem resolution/support as well as system optimization (to include monitoring/maintenance of the Oracle Siebel CRM/MDM product suite). The desired candidate will have experience performing operations and maintenance activities such as: In-depth functional/operational knowledge of Siebel: Architecture and Configuration - The Siebel Architecture, Components and Parameters, Server Management, Server Manager Command-Line Interface, Configuration Files System Monitoring and Tuning - System Logging and Event Notification, Gathering Diagnostic Information, SARMQuery, Tuning, Managing High-Interactivity Clients.
