Title: Java/J2EE Developer posted on 2014-03-24 13:49:23 Job Description:Position: Java/J2EE Developer with following skills Location: Chicago, IL Duration: 6+months Job Requirements: *Required:* - Java development exp - JSON objects - XML - SQL - Rest API - Plus: - Tomcat or JBoss *Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements * - 5+ years related work experience in Java Development (JSP, Servlets, Struts, JSP, JSF, XML structures and parsers (DOM & SAX), OOD, HTML, Web Services, JEE6, EJB3, JPA, CDI, Hibernate, Ant, JUnit, and HTTPUnit.) - Perform on-call support by providing immediate responses to high priority requests; provide after hours and weekend support. - Participate in the ongoing processes of investigating, analyzing and providing long term resolutions to technical issues. - Java development with Rational Application Developer and/or Eclipse - Java solution design using Spring Frameworks (Core, Integration); Batch concepts (jobs, steps, Scheduling) - Experience building and deploying Java applications using IBM WebSphere Application Server/Java Enterprise Solutions - Experience using user interface/web application frameworks like Struts or Spring MVC - Experience with both Microsoft Windows and Linux/zLinux operating systems (or other "x operating systems) - Unit Testing experience using JUnit, DBUnit or similar framework - Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases and stored procedures - Experience using Unified Modeling Language (UML) for software design.
