Candidate needs to be proficient in C. Debug serial communications protocols for high-speed *UART, SPI, I2C.* Develop and debug serial communication protocol stacks. Work with *32-bit microcontrollers*. Be part of a small development team supporting *OEM customer deliveries*. Specific qualifications needed: Strong communication skills. Able to follow direction with little oversight. Provide regular daily status of activities. Be willing to participate in evening phone discussions with customer, supplier, and co-developers overseas.
