If interested in being immediately considered, please email your latest resume at [email protected] below details Contact Number: Hourly rate: Will you prefer rates on W2/C2C/1099: Current Location: Availability to Join: Please review the job requirement below *Role: IT Finance Business Analyst *Location: Menlo Park, CA Duration: 9 months with possible extensions Start Date: ASAP Prefer local consultants The financial functional lead serves as a liaison between the technical staff and business user community, with a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. Works with users to identify and specify complex business requirements, then calls upon a deep knowledge of Oracle EBS to deliver application design, module configuration/setup, acceptance testing, and End-User training. *Key responsibilities ** Complete technical architecture design, logical design and technology strategy * Work as a business partner with client users to evaluate / improve business processes and arrive at mutual, cost effective solutions * Translate challenging business requirements into solutions leveraging standard Oracle functionality in the most current releases of Oracle EBS * Perform configuration and setups * Ensure deliverables are tracked and delivered to the project schedule * Mentor in-house technical resources on Oracle EBS system * Lead business process evaluations, requirements-gathering, system analysis and design activities * Collaborate on design decisions on business solutions and processes on Oracle EBS * Engage multiple stakeholders to ensure a successful rollout of business solutions * Work with external consultants to ensure quality deliverables that meet standards * Act as Oracle Financials EBS Subject Matter Expert * Work closely with application development managers and integration resources to build integrated solutions * Monitor production to identify candidates for long term application improvements * Perform other duties as assigned or necessary *Qualifications: ** EBS expertise must have: OM, Inventory, Pricing and Discounting, AR, * Financial business background strongly preferred * Hands on data analysis expertise. * A deep understanding of Quote to Cash, Reconciliation and General Accounting processes. * Must have experience implementing custom solutions that are integrated with Oracle EBS, specifically involving order, fulfillment, billing, returns and third party systems * Proficiency in PL/SQL is required * Familiar with SDLC and required deliverables for each phase * Experience with Informatica or Aria a plus * Experience working in complex integrated systems with both upstream and downstream dependencies is desirable * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field *Professional Skills: ** Proven history of successful problem solving with strong sense of ownership and urgency * Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills * Strong Interpersonal and leadership skills * Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment including the ability to work collaboratively with business users, IT staff and various levels of management -- Thanks & Regards, Mahesh, IT Recruiter, -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP ABAP" group.
