Provide Remedy Support Services to Support the JCSE EIS:
The contractor shall provide Remedy workflows for incident, problem,
change, and asset management.
The contractor shall provide maintenance of the Remedy database and assist
in engineering daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly checklists for
enterprise monitoring and preventative maintenance.
The contractor shall provide Remedy training workshops instructing support
users on asset, change, and incident management.  These workshops will also
help to develop constantly changing workflows.
The contractor shall provide documentation of Remedy Action Request System
(ARS)/ IT Service Management (ITSM) to include workflows and customizations.
The contractor shall patch and upgrade Configuration Management Database
(CMDB) and ITSM.
The contractor shall provide guidance on creating and building Service
Level Agreements (SLA's).
The contractor shall upgrade JCSE from 7.6.04 to Remedy ARS/ITSM 8.0.
The contractor shall install and configure Service Request Management (SRM).
The contractor shall map custom fields from the user interface form to the
backend forms (incident, problem, and change).
The contractor shall install and configure Atrium Discovery and Dependency
Mapping (ADDM) to interface with JCSE current network discovery tools,
specifically CA Spectrum and What's Up Gold.
Contractor Personnel Skills and Abilities:
The contractor must have a working knowledge and familiarity with JCSE's
unique network and EIS to include servers and VM environment.
The contractor shall have a working knowledge of Information Technology
Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework and IT Service Management (ITSM).
The contractor will have ITIL v3 and Security+ certifications.
