Title: Mobile Device Admin posted on 2014-04-09 13:46:14 Job Description:*No. of opening:* 2 *Location*: Boston, MA *Start Date*: ASAP *Duration*: Both Contracting and Fulltime Available *End Client:* The Department of Children and Families *Rate:* Negotiable for good candidates *Interview Type:* Telephonic/Skype *Job Title: Mobile Device Admin *OR* Mobile Admin *OR* System Admin w/ Mobile Devices Experience* *Position Summary:* · The Mobile Device Manager Network Engineer is responsible for leadership and coordination of IT activities related to mobile technologies, including process development, the setting of standards and methodologies, the deployment of solutions in support of internal, and the managing of technical support. · This position serves both as subject matter expert and hands on expert with mobile devices providing Mobile Device Management (MDM) administration and operational support of the DCF mobility workforce. *Duties and Responsibilities:* · *Setup*/*Manage*/*Administrate* the DCF *MDM* · Apply best practices in regards to security and protection of mobility devices and platforms. · *Setup*/*create* and *manage* *security* and *profiles* for the DCF *mobile* *workforce*. · *Setup*/*create* and *manage* DCF *user* *accounts*. · Evaluate processes implemented for security standards and risks. · Evaluate processes implemented for vulnerabilities. · Develop mitigation options and solutions to reduce potential security vulnerabilities. · Develop operating procedures for security, mobile device management, and overall the MDM administration. · Provide technical troubleshooting and hands-on experience with mobile device is required. *Skills Required:* · Hands on implementation and operational support experience with industry leading *MDM platforms*. · Hands on experience *implementing mobile technology solutions*. · In-depth knowledge of *security architecture* - both infrastructure and application layers. · In-depth knowledge of *Mobile Device Management architecture and security standards*. · The ability to *assess data security transfer, storage and breach possibilities and to advise and establish policies, solutions and monitoring to mitigate risks*. · In-depth knowledge of mobile operating systems (*Apple iOS, Windows 8 Mobile and Android*). · Hands on experience managing a mobile network on a day-to-day basis providing operational support, network monitoring, auditing, intrusion detection and remediation. · Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential. · Experienced working in a deadline-driven environment, handling and prioritizing multiple tasks. · Demonstrated track record of successful project delivery. · Excellent conceptual, problem solving, and analytical skills. · Ability to work independently or as a member of a team on complex tasks. · Demonstrated competency in documenting solutions for both technical and functional audiences.
