REQUIRED SKILLS: * .NET Development experience * Bachelor's degree or equivalent years' experience required. * 3+ years C# experience * 3+ years .NET 3.5/4.0 experience * 2+ years Relational Database experience * Strong understanding of SOA, WCF and design patterns * Strong ability to diagnose issues and offer technical solutions. * Must be willing to live and work in the Tallahassee, FL area. * Must be willing to travel up to 30% on an annual basis. PREFERRED SKILLS: * 1 + year ORM experience, preferably LLBLGen * Experience working on a medium to large project(s) involving processes and procedures * Superior analytical and problem-solving skills * Effective interpersonal and communication skills * Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities * Creativity, self-confidence, and flexible RESPONSIBILITIES: * provide custom software development services for our clients. * This candidate will be an experienced developer for the implementation of a new application. * They will assist in the full life cycle of development including: * Application design, development and testing of complex business rules. * Working closely with clients, business and technical leads. * Not only will candidates be joining a project team, they will be joining a team of resources dedicated to delivering client engagements froman off-site location focused on common tools, technologies, and methodologies.
