Location: Maitland, FL

· Manage Overall POS Requirement Reviews / Development /
Certification
· Directly work with End Clients to understand Business
requirements and work with Business Analysts to convert them as BRDs
[Business Requirement Documents]
· Able to understand End to End process flow for Retail /
Restaurant / Lodging / Rental Industry type Transactions.
· Capable of understanding & driving ADVT / MTIP - EMV
Certification Process
· Capable of working with multiple vendors for Deliverables
[VeriFone for Terminal Development]
· Conduct Requirement review sessions, Design Walkthroughs,
Schedule Certification Testing with Clients.
· Work with Product Team and plan pilot for different banks, post
pilot Production support.
· Conduct weekly status meeting with internal teams, Conduct Risk
log review with Clients.
*Technical Expertise:*
VeriFone family of Terminal devices [Vx510, Vx520, Mx915,
Vx820, Vx680 - 3G]
· Understand Credit Card Authorization flow.
· Understand Network TCP IP configurations / Router set up for
Authorization.
· Familiar with POS Discount processing / Country specific Tax
processing
· Understand PCI requirements
· Aware of recent technologies like Mobile Payments, NFC Payments,
signature-less payments.
· Manage Project plan through Microsoft Project
· Manage Issues / Risks through SharePoint portal
