Title: IAM Business Analyst posted on 2014-04-21 08:34:25 Job Description:*Position : IAM Business Analyst* Location:Lincolshire,IL-60069 Duration: 6+ Months # position : 2 Relevant Experience & Experience Required: 5yrs Job Description: · Identity Access Management (IAM) experience · Manage requirements, development and review of security system integrations, conversions, and web single sign-on (WebSSO) · Assist in creating a test approach and strategy for integration changes and business as usual/regression testing for initial system release and future upgrades · Manage requirements throughout development and testing cycles including data validation of field mappings. · Organize and validate requirements, and ensure that all requirements follow standards. · Elicit, analyze and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements. · Serve as a liaison between the clients and developers to ensure that all business and technical requirements are identified, validated and traced. · Assist in the collection of data element requirements and identification of data relationships. · Facilitate joint application review/design sessions (JAR/JAD) with clients, technical and vendor resources. · Assist the PM in capturing and reporting project measurements, actions, risks and issues to the appropriate stakeholders. · Validate quality assurance test plan and test cases, and execute user acceptance testing to verify requirements coverage and implementation. · Manage requirement changes, and coordinates change controls and approvals. · 5+ years work experience as a business/data/system analyst in IT, and 7+ work experience · Strong working knowledge and understanding of user roles, roles composition, role hierarchy, role-based access management and segregation of duties concepts. · Experience with Database, business data architecture, data mapping and data management · Demonstrated self-motivation, quality focus, and flexibility to succeed under evolving business constraints and priorities. · SQL query and data analysis/reporting experience. · Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate with business, security and technical resources. · Experience in documenting current and future state process flow, actors and how job functions may be combined or segregated. *Position : Oracle BTM Developer* Location: Houston, TX Duration: 6-8 weeks Start: ASAP-URGENT Rate: $90/hr This effort would involve installation and configuration of Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c for the management of client's Production, Disaster Recovery and 4 non-Production SOA Environments. The implementation would involve the installation and configuration of OEM, SOA Management Pack, WebLogic Management Pack, and Business Transaction Manager.
