*Location : NYC , NY* *Duration : Long term* *Interview : Face to Face Followed By Telephonic* *The candidate is required to: * *1)C# .Net windows development background 2)Support of a large multi-tier risk management system. 3)Basic knowledge of risk for derivatives products.. 4)Good understanding of trading desk PnL decomposition process. 5)Knowledge of CVA, OTC derivatives products, valuation and risk of these products 6)Excel/VBA 7)Grid Computing 8)SQL* *9)Minimum 5 years high pressure production support experience or similar experience 10) Front Office IT experience in Fixed Income and/or Derivative products* • Have extensive risk management system experience: gathering input data and business object preparation; analytic model initialisation and invocation; results visualisation, aggregation and feed generation. •Daily interactions with front office and business support functions providing level 1 & 2 support of sophisticated risk calculation, analysis and reporting functionality. • Work seamlessly with level 3 development support resources. • On-site system incident investigation, analysis and application of workarounds. • Customer communication during incident or outages. • Follow correct escalation procedures. • Management of changes and releases to the Production environment. • Identify and drive efficiencies in support tasks enabling the team to be more effective. • Provide leadership to more junior staff. • Provide effective updates to the wider IT organization. The candidate for this role will provide level 1 & 2 support of the strategic risk management system and associated trading tools used by the bank’s CVA (Credit Valuation Adjustment) trading desk. This is a high profile role focusing on Primo – one of the firm’s strategic front office risk platforms.
