Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, including use case-based requirements development, using UML throughout the requirements and design phases, as well as architectural and coding design patterns, Expert understanding of Microsoft .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, MVC4, Web Services, ADO.NET, JavaScript/AJAX/ Strong relational database design and development skills using Oracle PL/SQL or Microsoft SQL Server. Expert in the development of complex queries and procedures. PL/SQL preferred, but not required. Willingness to master PL/SQL required. Experienced in software development best practices, including coding standards, automated builds, and unit testing. Able and willing to perform code reviews. Familiar with Agile development methodologies and associated artifacts Affinity for generating technical documentation Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). The candidate is expected to be an analytical type of a person and should have the ability to quickly grasp business requirements and translate them into detailed requirements (if needed) and technical solutions.
