*Position : Automation Tester* *Location : Westerville, OH * *Duration ;Long term* *Hourly rate :DOE* We need hands-on *Acceptance Test Driven Development practitioner* (ATDD) who can also coach / teach the team how to implement ATDD. The Consultant will support strategic effort to develop and deliver ATDD solutions. Provide directions as an expert on ATDD software principles to developers, quality engineers. *· * *Experience with .Net technology, testing Web services, Database solutions, UI and infrastructure automation.* * · experience in automation framework and developing test automation · Testing experience using Microsoft platforms Asp.net, C#, WCF, WPF, MS .Net technologies · Prior experience in Acceptance Test Driven Development · Three (3) Years using ATDD practices to develop software solutions and test automation.* · Hands on experience implementing ATDD technical practices (e.g. Automated testing, TDD, continuous integration) · Demonstrated experience teaching Development and QA teams basic ATDD framework concepts Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred *ESSENTIAL Functions and Responsibilities* · *Experience in introducing and leading implementations of ATDD values, principles, and practices into an organization to do things leaner, faster, better* * · Tool evaluation for ATDD, currently we use VSTS 2010, Coded UI, Spec Flow etc for automation. · Design and implement Test Automation Framework for ATDD · Write and review Test Automation code .NET, C# to automate features · Define or improve test processes and test methodologies for ATDD* · Execute, debug test cases and log bugs in Quality Center · Key contributor in feature team and cross teams for design review and feature testing · Implementation of ATDD technical practices (e.g. Automated testing, TDD, continuous integration). · Act as Scrum master with a focus on guiding the teams towards improving the way they work, facilitate sprint planning, retrospective and sprint demos · Provide guidance to Dev and QA team for ATDD best practices · Establish metrics and tools to achieve predictability and high quality of software in a fast paced, challenging, and creative environment. · Perform other duties as assigned or self-initiated.
