*Lead Business Analyst – Knowledge Skills and Abilities*1. Ability to
work effectively with the office staff and FM project team, to identify,
and document business processes for use in the development of computer
application systems;
2. Ability to analyze and accurately and completely define processes
and workflows for both as-is and to-be processes;
3. Knowledge of industry standard techniques to capture, document and
diagram business processes;
4. Ability to be able to produce legible and complete functional
specifications in a way that thoroughly captures all requirements and
design of the product;
5. Ability to lead independent project support efforts with an
enterprise perspective;
6. Ability to develop and manage information systems documentation in
accordance with the Department’s standards;
7. Knowledge of the principles, practices and techniques of the system
development life cycle;
8. Ability to plan, organize, coordinate and prioritize work
assignments;
9. Ability to relate to customers’ needs and perform duties in a
service oriented manner;
10. Ability to interpret and communicate technical information related to
computer programming and data processing, both verbally and in writing;
11. Ability to receive and give constructive criticism, and maintain
effective work relationships with others.
12. Ability to use office automation tools (MS Office 2007, SharePoint
2010, Email/Calendaring, etc.)
13. Ability to provide proactive support to both the IT project team
members and Functional team members
14. Ability to create and maintain SharePoint sites using SharePoint 2010
for project documentation, office automation tasks, workflow, etc.
