*Greetings,* *Hope you are doing Well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!* *Please forward a profiles to **[email protected]*<[email protected]> *Here are the requirement details* -- *Mounds View, MN* *Sr. Business Analyst * *6+ Months* · Assess the business customer requirements, assess these requirements against existing system capabilities and develop specifications or enhancements that will achieve the customers and business goals. · Perform system support activities and monitoring that assures timely resolution of Service Requests, preservation of global design and adherence to validated testing and OCM protocols. · Including, but not limited to: o interpretation/definition of technical options for system changes, identification of impacts to SAP integration points, updating of functional documentation consistent with changes, and preparation and execution of validated testing. o Facilitate issue resolution related to business processes, identifying system options, testing scenarios and supporting knowledge transfer activities. o Identify trends in system issues via Global Request System (GRS) tickets and develop actions to minimizing the recurrence either through identifying technical changes needed or providing recommendations for end user training. Observe and evaluate industry trends and benchmarks operations against industry standards. o Provide expertise on the Change Management process as well as ensure oversight of assigned system changes throughout their entire lifecycle from initiation, assessment, technical solution identification, functional spec documentation, scheduling, development, testing, implementation, and closure. o Interpret existing policies and recommend modifications.
