Focus will be on the user experience, but extensive knowledge and understanding impacts of the complete technology stack is important. Will participate in scoping sessions. Will participate in requirements sessions. Will participate in architectural and detail design sessions. Will communicate results, trends, issues, risks in a concise and strategic way. Will be responsible for the documentation, outcome of the result, and definition of the implementation phases. *Position Duties and Responsibilities* · Primary Point of Contact / Liaison for a specific project track. Able to work cross functionally both technically and with business teams on other tracks to complete deliverables, reach consensus on solutions, and reach common design goals. · Align on a Point of View and advocate for it in diverse meetings, with diverse groups, and effectively structure conversation to move the POV forward based on the audience. · Make recommendations based on data balanced with qualitative experience. · Influence discussions to be productive and achieve desired results. · Interacts regularly with Business Analysts, Architects, Business representatives of all levels, Directors, VP’s, and detailed Systems Analysts. · Assist in definition, design, and management of Enterprise Architecture components and low-level technical Architecture design documents. · Worked successfully within an Agile and Waterfall SDLC environment. · Communicate effectively to keep business, IT and project personnel up to date · Bellevue work location. No travel anticipated. Core hours 9am – 6pm. *Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities* · Able to read the politics of a situation to understand how to influence the stakeholders and influencers.
