Please go through the below mentioned requirement and let me know your interest. *Senior Cisco Voice Engineer* *Work from home with up to 40 % travel * *Phone interview* *Location: NYC, NY* They need active CCIE or CCNP preferably with Voice JOB SUMMARY: This position will be responsible for life cycle consulting on all elements of current Cisco Unified Communications solutions and supporting infrastructure. This includes, at a minimum, CallManager clusters, unified messaging with Unity Voicemail, Unity Connection, Cisco PSTN voice gateways, Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory configuration, E911 (CER), and Cisco IPCC Express. UCC Enterprise/ICM experience is desired. In addition to Unified Communications skills, strong Core Routing and Switching and QoS configuration experience is required. *RESPONSIBILITIES:* Full life cycle consulting for projects from design, planning, implementation through to operational and Day-2 support. *EDUCATION:* Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of related experience. *EXPERIENCE:* Preferable candidates will have led recent CallManager deployments with multiple subscriber servers and will have UCC Enterprise experience. Experience in multiple Unity messaging systems, including unified communications deployments and Unity Connection deployments. Solid core routing and switching experience. Configuration of QoS on multiple Cisco hardware platforms. Experience with traditional PBXs (Avaya, Siemens, Nortel, etc.) a plus. Experience with traditional ACDs and call center architectures a plus. Experience with the Cisco Nexus product family is a plus. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Professional(CCNP-Voice, CCVP, CCIE), or any Cisco IPT Specialist certifications. *SKILL REQUIREMENTS:* In-depth knowledge of Cisco IP Telephony LAN and WAN configuration; with specific expertise in core routing and switching as well as unified communications (i.e. IPT). Strong understanding of Internet concepts such as DNS resolution and internet security. Strong understanding of TCP/IP and Routing Protocols. Proven troubleshooting skills. Requires excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Proactive approach to organization and problem solving. Contact center scripting experience is a plus.
