The project has just kicked off and we are beginning the planning and requirements phase of the project. We are looking to fill this position immediately. We are looking for Project Manager that has worked on E-Commerce Websites, web experiences is a must. The ideal candidate would have a proven history of successfully managing projects in an Agile development environment. I have included below a number of requirements we are looking for candidates to possess that are submitted for this position. *Job Requirement:* · Plan, execute, manage and complete medium to large IT projects that address the operational needs. · Develop and oversee resource and ensure appropriate management, customer and supplier involvement for life of project. · Translate customer business objective into tactical plans and strategy and ensures approval through appropriate information systems governance structure. · Partner with key stakeholders to analyze E-Commerce business gaps and opportunities, elicit and capture complete and unambiguous user requirements, and break down complex processes into workable units. · Aggregate input from stakeholders to prioritize features and requirements according to business value, and support release and sprint planning meetings. · Own the quality and accuracy of the requirements, and communicate changes and decisions to the Program Manager. · Identify key stakeholders, assemble and manage one or more cross-functional project teams, maintain budget and quality standards and manage deliverables. · Ensure documentation is maintained as the project is changed or refined over time and communicates project status to end-users. · Excellent communication both verbally and written is a must.
