Validating the data from one data base to another Data base table for Full and incremental replications. And also verified the process tables. Validating the data populated into data warehouse fact and dimension tables by using Data Stage. Validating data loaded from source to target tables (Table structure/properties, counts, etc.) based on mapping documents. Validating the Micro strategy or Brio reports data against database tables by writing SQL queries. Using the Designer to validate processes for extracting, cleansing, transforming, integrating and loading data into data warehouse database. Verifying if there is any warning in logs. Performing periodic checks to run crosscheck against QA environment to ensure it is up and running and validate downstream jobs run successfully on daily basis for assigned projects. Using quality center to design the test scripts, test execution and defect tracking and reports. Validating the data movement by running the scripts through Control M tool. Verifying the precondition, frequency, Nodes, shouts, priority and sysout. Co-ordinate testing activities with offshore/on shore team on daily basis. Responsible for the overall testing related project activities and deliverables.
