Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA) is looking to hire a contractor/consultant. The job requirements for that position are as follows. 1. Temporary Professional Support Staff provided by Service Provider will be assigned to duties at PHEAA which duties shall include, but not be limited to report creation with report writing tools, primarily concentrated with relational data bases such as Statistical Analysis Software (SAS), and data mining large volumes of data using query tools such as Advanced Query Tools (AQT) or Structured Query Language (SQL) at an intermediate level. Temporary Professional Support Staff will also be responsible for file downloads and manipulation. Facilitation of effective communication between business users, analysts, IT and development staff is essential. 2. Temporary Professional Support Staff will have the following duties and responsibilities: a. Report Writing & File Support; b. Analysis and Design; c. Production Support; and d.
